Behind the Lens

Hi, I’m Kelly Rivera, the owner and photographer.

I’m a proud mother to some truly amazing children. At one point in our lives, my kids and I faced struggles not financially, but emotionally. If you asked how I managed to stay strong at such a young age, the honest answer is my faith. It’s what carried me through and continues to guide me today.

My love for photography started years ago when I was part of the yearbook team in high school. Back then, it was simply a hobby. But the original OG photographer in my life was my mother. She was always behind a disposable camera, capturing every milestone from my earliest days as a baby to my journey into motherhood. She didn’t know much about settings, lighting, or editing, but that never stopped her. Without hesitation, she documented our lives, preserving candid moments of family and friends.

Because of her, I now have a legacy of memories to share with my children. I’m incredibly grateful for the moments she captured and for the inspiration she unknowingly passed down to me.

I’m now doing something my mother never had the opportunity to do: own a business. I purchased my very first camera from a local pawnshop, and that single decision opened the door to countless blessings and clients who became friends, and friends who became family.
